Easy Guacamole
Cooking mode

- 2 ripe avocados
- 250g gaspacho style juice pulp
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Juice of lime
- Salt and chilli pepper to taste

Step 1
Mash the avocados flesh and mix with the rest of ingredients.

Step 2
Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
Tip : You can add 1 small bunch of coriander, finely chopped.
