Using the Ninja Foodie Max Dual Zone 9.5L Air Fryer AF400UK to cook this delicious egg souffle an ideal breakfast, snack or lunch recipe. Suitable for those who enjoy eggs which is a good source of protein.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 4 eggs
  • 80ml milk of your choice-almond milk has been used in this recipe
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 handfuls chopped fresh herbs of your choice-this recipe contains thyme and marjoram
  • Salt and pepper to season

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Using a measuring jug crack the eggs, add the milk, herbs, cheese and paprika and whisk and season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2

    Pour the egg mixture into a round small baking dish.

  • Step 3

    Place the dish into the air fryer compartment, use bake mode and bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. The souffle should slightly rise and become golden. Adjust the air fryer settings accordingly depending on your desired consistency. Check the souffle halfway through. Insert a skewer in the middle to check if egg is cooked.

  • Step 4

    Allow to cool, take the dish out of the air fryer using oven gloves, garnish with fresh herbs and chilli sauce.

  • Step 5

    You can add extra fillings such as vegetables.
