Ingredients
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 tin (397g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tin (200g) heavy cream
- 250ml milk
- 150ml spiced rum
- Seeds from 1 vanilla pod

Step 1
Add all ingredients except rum to the blender jug

Secure the lid and select the PULSE function to combine all ingredients

Once cooking is complete, run mixture through a strainer to remove all lumps if necessary
