This is a dip that is served as a sauce alongside kebabs. Turkish ezme is addictive and works perfectly alongside most BBQ’d meats.

Cooking mode

  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/2 Green Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 1/2 handful flat leaf Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Turkish Sweet Red Pepper Paste or Tomato Puree
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp pomegranate molasses
  • 1/2 tsp dry Mint
  • 2 tsp Pul Biber (Optional)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt

    Add all the ingredients into the food processor, and blitz it to your desired consistency. Taste and adjust salt.
