Ezme
This is a dip that is served as a sauce alongside kebabs. Turkish ezme is addictive and works perfectly alongside most BBQ’d meats.
Utensils required
Ingredients
- 2 large Tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Green Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Red Chilli
- 1/2 handful flat leaf Parsley
- 2 tbsp Turkish Sweet Red Pepper Paste or Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp pomegranate molasses
- 1/2 tsp dry Mint
- 2 tsp Pul Biber (Optional)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
