For the base

  • 75g oats
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

For the filling

  • 1 x 350g pack silken tofu
  • 50g sweetener
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

To decorate

  • Fresh figs, sliced
  • Flaked almonds
  • Dried rose petals

Utensils

  • Fridge
  • Step 1

First make the base: Place the ingredients into your Ninja Kitchen food processor and pulse a few times to form a sticky crumble mixture.

  • Step 2

Divide ¾ of this between 3-4 ramekin or small glass dishes to fill up to ⅓ and press down. Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.

  • Step 3

Clean out the Ninja food processor then add in the tofu, sweetener, coconut flour and vanilla and blend until smooth.

  • Step 4

Divide this over the top of the bases then arrange two fig halves on each. Sprinkle over some of the extra crumble mixture, flaked almonds and dried rose petals and chill in the fridge for 1 hour – then enjoy!
