Cooking mode

- 1 (400ml) can baked beans
- 125ml BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 jalapeno, deseeded, chopped
- 1 red pepper, cored, deseeded, chopped
- 1 medium onion, peeled, chopped
- 4 x 349g blocks silken tofu

Step 1
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except tofu. Place tofu in 23cm x 27cm baking dish. Pour the sauce over the tofu and use a spatula or spoon to evenly cover

Step 2
To install the grill grate, position it flat on top of the heating element and gently press down until it sits into place. Place baking dish on grill, then close the lid

Step 3
While holding the smoke box lid open, use the pellet scoop to pour pellets into the smoke box until filled to the top. Then close the smoke box lid

Step 4
Turn dial to SMOKER, set temperature to 150°C, and set time to 2 hours 30 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin cooking (preheating is not needed)

When cooking is complete, open lid and serve tofu and bean stew warm
