Fish Fry

Crispy Golden Air Fryer Fish, coated in Indian Spices. This is a family favourite that is crispy on the
outside and flaky on the inside.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 3 tbsp Cornflour
  • 3/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 white Fish Fillets - such as Tilapia, Cod, cut into chunks
  • Cooking Spray

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Preheat air fryer to 200 C.

  • Step 2

    Mix the Cornflour, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder,
    Paprika, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper together in a plate.

  • Step 3

    Add the fish to the plate and coat well.

  • Step 4

    Place fish in the air fryer basket.

  • Step 5

    Spray all over with cooking spray and cook for 8 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Turn and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until done.
