Flapjack Ice Cream

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 250ml double cream
  • 50ml whole milk
  • 100g condensed milk
  • 50g golden syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 50g flapjack, roughly broken, for mix-in

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Whisk double cream, milk, condensed milk and golden syrup together in a large bowl until well combined. Season with salt. 

  • Step 2

    Pour base mixture into the tub, place storage lid on top and freeze for 24 hours.  

  • Step 3

    Remove tub from freezer, remove lid, then place tub in outer bowl. Install paddle into outer bowl lid and lock the lid assembly on the outer bowl. Place bowl assembly on motor base and twist the handle right to raise the platform and lock in place. 

  • Step 4

    Select ICE CREAM.  

  • Step 5

    Once processing is complete, use a spoon to create a 4cmwide hole that reaches the bottom of the tub. Add flapjack pieces to the hole and process again using the MIX-IN program 

  • Step 6

    Once processing is complete, remove ice cream from tub and serve immediately.
