Forest Fruit Crumble

A delicious dessert to share that takes just 5 minutes to prepare. Serve with custard or ice cream and enjoy on these colder evenings.

  • 500g frozen forest fruits
  • 180g brown sugar
  • 70g porridge oats
  • 130g walnuts
  • 60g ground almonds
  • 85g dairy free butter
  • Dairy free custard to serve

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180c and add the frozen fruit to a large ovenproof dish.

  • Step 2

    Sprinkle over 100g of the sugar and give the berries a stir to coat in the sugar.

  • Step 3

    In the ninja add the remaining sugar and the rest of the ingredients and use the mix function under combined and there are no lumps of butter.

  • Step 4

    Add the crumble topping on top of the berries and place the dish into the oven for 30 minutes to bake.

  • Step 5

    Serve with custard and enjoy.
