- 30g mint leaves, stripped off stem
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 tbsp boiling water

Step 1
Place the mint into the CUP, then install the blade assembly.

Step 2
Select PULSE 2-3 times until roughly chopped.

Step 3
Add vinegar, sugar and water. Select PULSE 2-3 times until mixed.

Remove blades after blending.
