Fried Rice
Cooking mode
When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 50g peas
- 20g spring onions
- 50g bell pepper
- 50g chickpeas
- 500ml vegetable broth
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- 30g vegan cheese (optional)
Utensils

Step 1
Add all ingredients except of the cheese and spring onions to a non stick pan.

Step 2
Once done, stir in the vegetable broth and use a plate or a lid to keep the heat. Let it simmer for 40 Minutes.

Step 3
Optional, add vegan cheese for an extra creamy version.

Garnish with spring onions and enjoy this healthy one pot dish.
