- 3 Eggs
- 4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
- 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper
- 135ml Olive Oil
Utensils

Step 1
Combine the Eggs, Garlic, some salt and a couple tablespoons of oil in a blender or food processor, pulse until mixed.

Slowly stream in the oil until the aioli begins to thicken

Taste and add additional salt if needed.

Add more oil if needed.
