Giant Berry Chocolate Pancake

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 150g gluten-free flour
  • 75g sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 300ml oat milk
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g frozen mixed berries
  • 50g dark chocolate, cut into chunks
  • Melted dark chocolate (can be vegan), granola and flaked almonds to decorate

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Put the flour, sweetener, baking powder, milk, oil and vanilla in your Ninja Kitchen food processor (blender cup) and whizz up to form a batter.

  • Step 2

    Pour into a greased 20cm silicone round or square tin, then scatter over the berries and chocolate. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden then firmed up. Leave to cool for 15 minutes then remove from the tin.

  • Step 3

    Drizzle over chocolate and sprinkle granola and nuts. Slice up and enjoy hot or cold.
