Ginger Bread

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 200g almonds
  • 200g hazelnuts
  • 3 tbsp apple sacue
  • 5 apricots
  • Juice of a half orange
  • Orange zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 320g date paste (120g dates, 200ml water, 1 slice of lemon, a pinchof salt, miso paste)
  • 2 tbsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients for the date paste into your Ninja Blender and mix until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Transfer Almonds and hazelnuts to your food Processor and blend until you get flour.

  • Step 3

    Add all the remaining ingredients and blend until you get a sticky dough.

  • Step 4

    Form gingerbread cookies and spread them evenly on some wafers and bake for 12 Minutes at 170 degrees.

  • Step 5

    Let them cool down and cover your gingerbread cookies in melted chocolate and sprinkle nuts on top.
