- 4 tbsp Harissa
- 2 tsp zaatar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 450g halloumi (2 x 225g blocks)

Step 1
Insert the grill plate into the cooking pot of the unit and close the lid. Select GRILL, MAX, and set the time for 4 minutes.

Stir together the harissa paste, zaatar, and olive oil to combine.

Drain the halloumi and pat dry with kitchen towel. Cut each block of halloumi into 8 then toss the halloumi in the harissa paste mixture until evenly coated.

Once the unit has finished pre-heating and the ‘ADD FOOD’ prompt comes up on the screen, place the halloumi onto the grill then close the lid. Flip after 2 minutes of cooking using silicone tongs.

Serve immediately with salad, in a wrap or pitta, or even a sandwich!
