  • 300g raw cauliflower
  • 50g oats
  • 30g cocoa powder
  • 45g chocolate protein powder
  • 50g stevia
  • 1/2 tsp espresso granules
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 40g peanut butter

Utensils

  • Step 1

Begin by washing and chopping the cauliflower into piece and boil until soft.

  • Step 2

Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic dough blade, add the oats along with cocoa powder, chocolate whey protein, stevia, espresso granules and bicarbonate of soda and pulse the dry ingredients for approximately 15 seconds.

  • Step 3

Pour the almond milk and egg white and pulse for 30 seconds to combine the dry and wet ingredients together. Mash the cauliflower into a puree, add to the mixture and pulse again.

  • Step 4

Pour the brownie mixture directly in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, add peanut and use a toothpick or sharp knife to swirl.

  • Step 5

Preheat your Ninja Mini Flip oven to 175 degrees (if you are using a regular oven, pre-heat at the beginning), place in the oven and bake for approximately 18-20 minutes.

  • Step 6

Pierce to check the brownies have baked, allow them to cool and then slice into squares.
