A totally guilt-free chocolate brownie recipe using a secret ingredient! Cauliflower is used in this recipe instead of loading the brownies with oil and butter. The cauliflower allows the brownies to be moist. These brownies are rich, gooey and chocolatey.

Step 1
Begin by washing and chopping the cauliflower into piece and boil until soft.
Step 2
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic dough blade, add the oats along with cocoa powder, chocolate whey protein, stevia, espresso granules and bicarbonate of soda and pulse the dry ingredients for approximately 15 seconds.
Step 3
Pour the almond milk and egg white and pulse for 30 seconds to combine the dry and wet ingredients together. Mash the cauliflower into a puree, add to the mixture and pulse again.
Step 4
Pour the brownie mixture directly in a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper, add peanut and use a toothpick or sharp knife to swirl.
Step 5
Preheat your Ninja Mini Flip oven to 175 degrees (if you are using a regular oven, pre-heat at the beginning), place in the oven and bake for approximately 18-20 minutes.
Step 6
Pierce to check the brownies have baked, allow them to cool and then slice into squares.
