Herb Crusted Pork Chops
Cooking mode

- 3 large boneless or bone-in pork chops
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp herb salt (krauter salz)
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 50ml buttermilk
- 100g all purpose flour (550 mehl)
- Rapeseed oil for brushing

Step 1
Wash and pat the pork chops dry. Season on both sides with Italian seasoning, herb salt and white pepper. Thoroughly rub seasonings into dry breasts.

Use a brush to coat all sides of the pork chops with buttermilk.

Add the flour to a large zip locking plastic bag, then place the chops in the bag and shake to fully coat.

Place the bag with the chops flat into the refrigerator and marinate for 30 minutes.

Insert the crisper basket into unit. Select AIR FRY, set temperature to 200°C and set time to 20 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin preheating.

When the unit beeps to signify it has preheated, brush or spray the crisper basket with oil, then add pork chops. Brush the tops with oil.

After 10 minutes, use silicone coated tongs to flip the pork chops over, then close lid and cook for remaining 10 minutes.

When cook time is finished, use tongs to remove the pork chops from the crisper basket to a shallow dish. Cover with foil and allow the meat to rest for 5 minutes.
