Italian Style Chicken Thighs

These Italian style chicken thighs are absolutely immense and so easy to rustle up using the Ninja Foodi Max Health Grill and Air Fryer

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

For the chicken

  • 6-7 boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

To serve with

  • 2 carrots
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Tender stem broccoli

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Before grilling, just rub in some garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil and parsley, with a bit of salt and pepper into the chicken and set the target temperature on the Ninja Foodi MAX Health Grill & Air Fryer to chicken – well done

  • Step 2

    Once it’s ready to add the food, stick the thermometer from the Ninja Foodi Grill into a thigh and get grilling. Flip when required and once it reaches its target temperature, it will turn itself off (around 7 minutes). That’s it! Done! So easy and with zero oil being used, also very healthy

  • Step 3

    Serve with veg of your choice, I had mine with some roast carrots, shallots and garlic, as well as some stir fried peppers and long stem broccoli
