This creamy and flavourful Leek and Potato soup is a firm favourite of mine. Mainly because it is so easy to make but also because it is so flavourful.

Cooking mode

- 1 onion roughly chopped
- 1 leek chopped
- 2 large Potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes
- 450ml veg or chicken stock
- 75ml double cream
- 50ml milk
- To garnish chives

Step 1
Place the onions into the machine and press saute.

Step 2
Now add the leek, potato and stock into the soup maker and press the smooth soup button.

Once complete, stir in cream and milk and blend a little before decanting into bowls and topping with chives.
