Masala Prawns
Creamy Prawn curry made with coconut cream and yoghurt making for a rich, deliciously luxurious dinner which is best served with Naan.

- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 200g plum tomatoes, pureed (from a tin)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 3/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- salt
- 200g jumbo king prawns
- 160g coconut cream
- 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Utensils
- 
								Step 1Heat the Ninja Foodi in Saute mode. 
- 
								Step 2Add Oil and once hot, add Mustard Seeds. 
- 
								Step 3Once they pop, add Onion and saute for 5 minutes. 
- 
								Step 4Add Garlic and saute for 1 minute. 
- 
								Step 5Stir in Tomatoes. 
- 
								Step 6Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander powder and Salt. 
- 
								Step 7Add Prawns and Coconut Cream. 
- 
								Step 8Close the lid and select Manual. 
- 
								Step 9Cook on high for 5 minutes. 
- 
								Step 10Do a quick release. 
- 
								Step 11Stir in the Yoghurt and select Saute. 
- 
								Step 12Simmer for a minute. 
- 
								Step 13Squeeze over the Lemon Juice and serve hot with Naan.
