Mini Hariyali Chicken Skewers

Juicy Hariyali Chicken Kebab made with fresh Coriander and Mint. Delicious served in wraps/
chappati.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 500g chicken thighs, boneless cut into 2.5cm chunks
  • salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  • Handful coriander leaves and stems
  • 10 large mint leaves
  • 3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 120g plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp oil

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Soak skewers for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Add chicken to a bowl with Lemon, Salt and Pepper. Marinade for 10 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Blend Coriander, Mint, Green Chillies, Garlic, Ginger, Garam Masala and Yoghurt. Add to Chicken
    and set aside for 20 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Preheat grill to medium. Set time to 10 minutes.

  • Step 5

    Thread chicken onto skewers.

  • Step 6

    Grill for 8 – 10 minutes. Flip midway.
