Mini Tandoori Chicken Skewers

This is a very quick and easy recipe for Tandoori Chicken skewers! In this recipe chicken thighs are flavoured with tandoori masala and yogurt before being grilled. You can add chopped Peppers/Onions to the sticks if you like.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 500g Chicken Thighs, boneless cut into 2.5 cm chunks
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori Powder or Paste
  • 3 tbsp Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 Lemon, juice only
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Soak skewers for 30 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Add chicken to a bowl with all the remaining ingredients and marinade for 30 minutes.

  • Step 3

    Preheat grill to medium. Set time to 10 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Thread chicken onto skewers.

  • Step 5

    Grill for 8 – 10 minutes. Flip midway.
