Utensils
Step 1
Using a peeler, remove skin from 1 orange or 2 clementines, and reserve.Thenstud with cloves. Juice remaining orange or clementines.
Step 2
Inthe Ninja PossiblePot, placecitrus peels, juice, whole fruit studded with cloves, honey,sugar, cinnamon and star anise.Place the pot over low to medium heat and allow to cook for 5 minutesuntil sugar is dissolved. Add wine and water and continue to cook for 20 minutes, making sure the mixture does not come to a boil.
Step 3
Whencomplete, strain and serve in heatproof glasses.
