No Bake Cacao Peanut Butter Oat Bars

A perfect healthy snack with minimal fuss and no baking required. Prepare these on a Sunday and you’ll be snacking like a pro all week long.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

For the base

  • 300g oats
  • 75g chia seeds
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 55g cacao powder
  • 65ml melted coconut oil
  • 100g smooth peanut butter
  • 55ml maple syrup

For the chocolate layer

  • 200g melted dark chocolate
  • 65g smooth peanut butter
  • Pinch salt
  • 4 tbsp crushed peanuts to decorate

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Grease or line a rectangular baking tray/tin and put to one side.

  • Step 2

    In your ninja blender add all the ingredients for the base and blend for a few seconds until they’re all combined.

  • Step 3

    Empty into to the lined tin and flatten into all the corners. Push down to compact the mixture. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Once the 30 minutes is up combine the melted chocolate, salt and peanut butter for the chocolate layer. Empty it onto the set base and smooth into the corners. Decorate with the crushed peanuts.

  • Step 5

    Place back into the fridge to set for 30minutes, before carefully removing from the tin and slicing into 12 bars.
