Step 1
First make the middle cookie dough: Blend all of the ingredients together in your Ninja Kitchen food processor until the mixture comes together and divide into 8 pieces and roll into balls.
Step 2
Next do the same with the chocolate cookie mixture. Divide into 8 pieces then for each one, wrap around a cookie dough ball.
Step 3
Place on a wire rack, drizzle with melted dark chocolate and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour – then enjoy!
