Orange and Salmon work really well together. This is a really simple recipe and quick and easy to put together.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 x 225g Salmon Fillets
  • 1 Orange (Juice Only)
  • 60g Apricot Jam
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Garlic Cloves crushed
  • 1 tbsp Ginger crushed
  • Salt & Pepper

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Combine Oil, Orange Juice, Jam, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Ginger, Salt & Pepper in a pan and bring to a simmer.

  • Step 2

    Pour over the Salmon.

  • Step 3

    Air fry at 200C, 5 – 8 minutes. Check every minute after the 5 minute mark to make sure it isn’t catching.
