Panko Broccoli Bites

Here is a tasty way to jazz up the beloved broccoli. Crunchy on the outside, dunked in some spicy mayo they are absolutely delicious. Get your vegetable hating friends and family to try, and they’ll be hooked

  • 1 large head (cut into florets) broccoli
  • 220ml dairy free milk
  • 80g plain flour
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 75g corn starch
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • A pinch salt
  • 120g panko bread crumbs
  • To taste spicy vegan mayo (or vegan mayo plus sriracha)
  • To taste Chopped chives

  • Step 1

    Start by making the batter. Combine plain flour, corn starch, dairy free milk, sriracha, salt, lime juice and soy sauce

  • Step 2

    Empty the panko bread crumbs into a bowl, and then dip each broccoli floret into the batter before coating thoroughly with breadcrumbs

  • Step 3

    Add to your Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker, and cook on air crisp setting at 200C for 10 minutes

  • Step 4

    Serve with spicy vegan mayo and chopped chives
