Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients for the cak
- 150g rolled Oats
- 30g baking cocoa
- 180g soy yoghurt
- 210ml almond milk
- 5g baking powder
- 50g Peanut Butter Protein Powder
- NADA
Peanuts butter cream
- 100g soy yoghurt
- 20g Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Powder
- NADA
Utensils

Step 1
: Mix Oats in the blender until you get oat flour. Once done, add all the remaining Ingredients except of the baking powder and blend again for 1 Minute. Add Baking Powder and blend for 5 more seconds.

Step 2
Transfer to a 20cm Baking dish and bake 30 Minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 3
Mix soy yoghurt with protein powder and spread it on the cake. Garnish with peanut butter and enjoy
