Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 2 ciabatta rolls, sliced horizontally
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp cranberry sauce
  • 2 tsp caramelised onion chutney
  • 12 mini cooked pigs in blankets
  • Small handful of rocket leaves, optional

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Flip unit down to horizontal position and push level back all the way until it clicks into position

  • Step 2

    Evenly spread mayonnaise on the outside of each roll. Place bottom half of rolls, mayonnaise side down on tray. Spread with cranberry sauce and chutney, then top with pigs in a blanket. Close the sandwich with the remaining rolls, mayonnaise side up

  • Step 3

    Insert the press into the unit. Using the top handle, press down so the top cooking plate lowers 

  • Step 4

    Select PANINI, select HIGH and set timer to 10-12 minutes. Select START/STOP to begin. Bake until your desired shade is reached

  • Step 5

    When cooking is complete, remove panini press from unit and serve immediately with rocket leaves
