A super festive Portuguese treat. One that every Portuguese table will have during the Christmas holidays. It is simple to make, only 5 ingredients needed and you can simply make it in the jug of your Ninja Kitchen food processor.

Step 1
Begin by preheating the oven at 180°F/350°C.
Step 2
Using the jug of your Ninja and the stacked blade, add all of the ingredients in the jug and select low for approximately 30-45 seconds to mix all of the ingredients together.
Step 3
Using a 26×20 cm baking tray, line it with greaseproof paper, pour the orange batter mixture in the tray and place in the oven to bake.
Step 4
Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes.
Step 5
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Place more greaseproof paper over your kitchen counter and sprinkle it with extra sugar, turn the cake over the greaseproof paper, peel off the greaseproof paper.
Step 7
With the help of the greaseproof paper on the kitchen unit, roll the cake tightly and leave aside until cold – then place in the fridge for 2 hours.
Step 8
When the orange roll has been chilled, cut into slice and enjoy.
