Cooking mode

  • 140g oats
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • 40g raisins
  • 10g milled hemp seeds or flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Drizzled dark chocolate

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Mix together the oats, seeds, raisins and cinnamon in a bowl. 

  • Step 2

    Place the banana, peanut butter, syrup and oil in your blender and whizz up well, then pour in and mix well. 

  • Step 3

    Spoon between a 6-hole greased muffin tin to fill each to the top and bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes until golden, 

  • Step 4

    Leave to cool then drizzle with melted dark chocolate – and enjoy!
