Protein Carrot Bites
A quick and easy carrot cake style breakfast recipe that is perfect for a morning snack on the go.

- 160g grated carrot
- 75g oat flour
- 30g stevia
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 egg whites
- 40g chocolate whey protein
Utensils

Step 1
Using the bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the plastic dough blade, add the grated carrot along with the oat flour, stevia, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder and select low for 45-60 seconds to mix the ingredients together.

Step 2
Add the egg whites and the chocolate whey protein and select low again for 30 seconds to mix all of the ingredients together.

Step 3
Preheat your Ninja Flip Oven to 170c degrees, grease the muffin cases and pour the batter in each of the cases and bake for 11-13 minutes (if you are using a conventional oven preheat at the beginning).
