Protein Pudding 3 Ways

Vanilla
- 400ml water or milk
- 30g whey protein powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate
- 400ml water or milk
- 30g whey protein powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Salted Caramel
- 400ml water or milk
- 30g whey protein powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp caramel syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
Utensils
- Fridge

Step 1
Add all ingredients for desired flavour to the blender jug

Select DESSERT

Place into bowls or jars and allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour
