Ingredients

Vanilla

  • 400ml water or milk
  • 30g whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate

  • 400ml water or milk
  • 30g whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Salted Caramel

  • 400ml water or milk
  • 30g whey protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp caramel syrup
  • 1/2 tsp salt

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

Method

  • Step 1

    Add all ingredients for desired flavour to the blender jug

  • Step 2

    Select DESSERT

  • Step 3

    Place into bowls or jars and allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour
