Step 1
Pour 250ml water into the pot.Push in thelegs on the Cook & Crisp Tray, then place the trayin the bottom position in the pot. Spray theMulti-Purpose Pan (or 20cm round bakingtin) with cooking spray.
Step 2
Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll each piece into a 15cmrope, then tie it into a knot. Place knotsin the prepared tin and spray with cookingspray. Place the tin on the tray.Cover with a clean tea towel and leave to prove at room temperature for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Step 3
In a small bowl, prepare the sauce while therolls prove. Add garlic, parsley, Parmesan, salt,and olive oil. Whisk until fully combined.
Step 4
When proving is complete, place tin on tray and use half of the prepared Parmesan sauce togenerously cover each roll.
Step 5
Close the lid and flip the SmartSwitch to RAPID COOKER. Select STEAM AIR FRY, set temperature to 180°C and set time to 8 minutes. Press START/STOP to begin cooking (the unit will steam for approx. 4 minutes before countdown timer begins).
Step 6
When cooking is complete, carefully remove the tin. Brush the rolls with the remaining Parmesan sauce and serve warm.
