Pumpkin Latte

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 4 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 500ml milk
  • 350ml strong coffee
  • whipped double cream (optional)

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Combine the Pumpkin Puree, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, All Spice, Clove and Sugar in a pot over medium heat. Stir together for a minute before adding Vanilla and Milk. Simmer over low heat for 1 minute.

  • Step 2

    Add to the blender and blend for 30 seconds till frothy.

  • Step 3

    Divide coffee between mugs.

  • Step 4

    Pour in the pumpkin milk and stir.

  • Step 5

    Top with whipped cream.
