Raspberry Lemonade Slushie

TIP: To make vegan, substitute honey with light agave nectar.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1 unwaxed lemon, half zested and whole juice
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 150ml water
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 300g ice
  • Mint leaves and raspberries, to decorate

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Install blade assembly in JUG. Add raspberries, lemon zest, juice, honey, water and ice into the JUG. Lock lid into position.  

  • Step 2

    Install jug on motor base. Select CRUSH then press START/STOP

  • Step 3

    Remove lid and blades from jug after blending. Serve slushie in tall glasses decorated with mint leaves and whole raspberries.
