Roasted Pepper Umami Style

Roasted Pepper
- 2 peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 40g cashew nuts
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce
- 15g nutritonal yeast
- 1 tsp miso paste
- juice of half a lemon
- 100ml pasta water
- Salt and pepper as needed

Step 1
Roast all the ingredients for the roasted pepper for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.

Step 2
Then put in the Ninja Food Proccesor and puree with the rest of the ingredients.

Serve with pasta and garnish with fresh herbs and avocado
