Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1-1.5kg pork belly
  • salt
  • pepper

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Wash pork belly under cold water, pat it dry.

  • Step 2

    Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 3

    Place it in the fridge for minimum 4h. Best results are with overnight seasoning time.

  • Step 4

    After the time it’s over, place pork belly in the basket. Set on roast mode, 190 degree for 1h ( if you like your port to be more on a crispy side, extend roasting for another 30 min. ).

  • Step 5

    Once the time it’s over, enjoy the way you like the most.
