TIP: The nuts can be roasted first, spread out on baking tray and roast at 200°C for 5-10 minutes.

Cooking mode

  • 50g blanched almonds
  • 50g blanched hazelnuts
  • 200g jarred roasted red peppers
  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped flat leaf parsley

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Install blade assembly in JUG. Place all ingredients into the JUG. Lock lid into position  

  • Step 2

    Select BLEND and press START/STOP 

  • Step 3

    Remove lid and blades after blending. Serve with grilled meats, fish or vegetables.
