Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh dill
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 small onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and quartered.
  • 350ml greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

  • Step 1

    Place all the ingredients into the 2.1L jug in the order listed. 

  • Step 2

    Press LOW and blend for 10-15 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. 

  • Step 3

    Serve with pitta bread.
