Cooking mode

- Cooked pasta
- 500g ground beef
- 2-3 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery sticks, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 x cans chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 garlic cloves
- Fresh rosemary
- 1 x cup water
- 1 tsp red paprika
- 1/3 tsp chilli powder
- Bay leaf
- Salt & pepper
- Oil for frying
- Parmesan and butter for serving
- 50g butter

Step 1
In a foodi cooking pot, choose setting sear on medium high add 3 tbsp of oil and chopped onion. Fry until soften.

Add meat and fry for a 3-4 min.

Add the rest of the ingredients, apart from the butter.

Close the lid. Set it on slow cooking, medium temperature for 3-4h

After slow cooking is done, add the butter. Mix well and leave it on sear program for 10 min.

In the meantime cook your favourite pasta.

Serve hot with freshly shaved Parmesan and fresh basil
