Soy & Lemongrass Salmon
This Salmon recipes comes together fast. It is delicious served alongside noodles or rice.

- 2 salmon fillets
For the marinade
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Light Brown Sugar
- 1 stalk Lemongrass, finely sliced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 2cm Ginger, Crushed
- A pinch Black Pepper
- A pinch Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 Red Chilli sliced finely
- A few leaves Coriander, sliced finely
- A pinch Sesame Seeds

Step 1
Add marinade ingredients to Salmon and set aside to marinade for 1 hour.

Preheat grill to high.

Add baking paper to grill and add Salmon.

Grill for 8 – 10 minutes.
