Spiced Butternut Squash

A healthy easy to make side that is made with few spices and is delicious.

Cooking mode

When entering cooking mode - We will enable your screen to stay ‘always on’ to avoid any unnecessary interruptions whilst you cook!

  • 1 large Butternut Squash, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp dry Oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Black Pepper

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Preheat the air fryer to 200C.

  • Step 2

    Place the Squash in a large bowl.

  • Step 3

    Add Oil, Garlic, Onion Powder, Oregano, Paprika, Cayenne, Salt and Pepper.

  • Step 4

    Toss to coat.

  • Step 5

    Place squash in the Air Fryer basket for 15 – 20 minutes. Shake every 5 minutes.
