Spiced Rum & Dark Chocolate Cookies
Enjoy these delicious boozy run and chocolate cookies this Christmas. Buttery cookies with added rum loaded with dark chocolate pieces, the mixture of the rum and dark chocolate is divine.

- 150g unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 175g unrefined brown sugar
- 350g plain flour
- 1 egg
- 25ml spiced Rum
- 100g dark chocolate
- 5.25oz unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 6.13oz unrefined brown sugar
- 12.25oz plain flour
- 1 egg
- 0.88fl. oz spiced Rum
- 3.5oz dark chocolate

Begin by pre-heating the over to 180C degrees.
Using a bowl of your Ninja Kitchen System and the Plastic blade.
Add all of the ingredients minus the chocolate chip cookies, select low to blend the ingredients to great together to create a cookie dough.
Add the chocolate chips and select low to thoroughly combine the chocolate with the cookie dough.
For the cookie dough using an ice cream scoop, place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Place in the oven and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes until golden.
