Ready in 20 minutes, these Spicy Air Fryer Roasted Chickpeas make a delicious healthy snack. Perfect on their own or sprinkled over salads for a little extra crunch.

- 1 x 400g tin organic chickpeas in water
- 1 tbsp MCT, avocado, or extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp agave nectar or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp sweet smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger

Step 1
Drain, rinse, and pat dry the chickpeas then place in a large bowl and toss together with the remaining ingredients until fully coated.

Place the crisper plate into the Zone 1 drawer then add the chickpeas and arrange into one even layer.

Select AIR FRY, set temperature to 200°C and time to 15 minutes. Select START/STOP. Shake the drawer every 5 minutes until cooked. Remove the drawer then leave to cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
