  • 500ml buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • A pinch salt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 frozen or fresh bananas
  • 2 cups frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp almond or coconut butter ( optional)
