Strawberry Jam & Peanut Butter Cookies

Cooking mode

  • 150g oats
  • 80g peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 20g peanut butter
  • 20g strawberry jam

Utensils

  • Step 1

    Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees celsius.

  • Step 2

    Add the oats to your food processor and blend on high for 2 minutes until a flour forms.

  • Step 3

    Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil and salt then blend again to form a dough.

  • Step 4

    Line a tray with baking paper.

  • Step 5

    Divide the mixture into cookie shapes and place on the baking tray.

  • Step 6

    Flatten slightly and make a dip in the middle. Spoon in the strawberry jam to each cookie.

  • Step 7

    Bake for 8-10 minutes.

  • Step 8

    Allow to cool then drizzle with peanut butter.

    Enjoy immediately or keep in an airtight container, best consumed within 24 hours.
