Strawberry Protein Jelly
A super quick, high-protein, low calorie recipe that you can enjoy any time of the day. You can purchase sugar-free gelatine powder which is often sweetened with artificial sugars, meaning you do not need to add any sugar or sweetener to the recipe.
You can increase the protein content by using cow’s milk and adding more protein powder.

- 23g sugar free strawberry gelatine
- 570ml boiling water
- 60g strawberry protein powder
- 570ml almond milk
- 100g fresh strawberries, chopped
Utensils

Step 1
Begin by boiling water in a kettle.

Pour the boiling water in the jug of your Ninja blender, along with the gelatine, almond milk and protein powder.

Select smoothie and allow the ingredient to combine together.

Pour the liquid into silicone moulds and share the chopped strawberries evenly in each of the moulds.

Allow the gelatine to cool, the refrigerate overnight.

Remove from the mould and enjoy.
